Arish Gill assists clients navigating complex real estate and business transactions. His practice focuses on all facets of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, development, construction, leasing, financing, management, and disposition of industrial, retail, office, and multifamily properties. Arish represents buyers, sellers, developers, and corporate tenants, providing strategic counsel and hands-on support from initial deal and loan structuring through closing.

With experience in real estate development, Arish guides clients through every stage of the project lifecycle—from joint venture formation land acquisition to construction contracts, loan agreements, and exit strategies. His work involves negotiating sophisticated finance transactions and governance structures tailored to the unique needs of each project.

Before joining NPW, Arish earned his J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. Arish began his legal career at Fennemore LLP in Fresno, California.
