Colin Kawaguchi counsels emerging and established companies on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general business matters. He advises clients across a range of commercial transactions, including consulting, services, manufacturing, licensing, and supply agreements. Over the course of his practice, Colin has developed experience across industry sectors including professional services, information technology, hospitality, consumer products, and insurance. Colin (Masashi) has written and oral fluency in Japanese.
