Shantal Razban-Nia advises clients in a broad range of industries to help them achieve their business goals.  Her practice is primarily focused on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, privately-traded securities, corporate formation, development, and maintenance, and other general business matters.

Prior to joining NPW, Shantal earned her J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law where she graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a prestigious honor given to those who graduate in the top ten percent of their law school class.  While at Pepperdine, Shantal was a Palmer Fellow, earning a certificate in Entrepreneurship and the Law with emphasis on Intellectual Property, Entertainment, and Technology.  Shantal also served as the Digital Media Associate Editor for Pepperdine Law Review and the President of Pepperdine Law’s chapter of The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi.
