Spencer Post advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts, and general business counseling. He represents clients in diverse industries such as healthcare, technology, and real estate, helping them structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions that align with their strategic goals. Before joining NPW, Spencer represented public and private companies in domestic and cross-border M&A, financing, and securities transactions. He has also advised on entity formation, corporate governance, and SEC compliance for emerging and established businesses.

Spencer earned his J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he served as Note and Comment Editor for Pepperdine Law Review. He previously served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
