Taleen Sepetjian joined Nevers Palazzo as a law clerk until her admission to the California State Bar in 2019. Taleen concentrates on corporate law. She provides clients with advice and counseling in the areas of business transactions, corporate and partnership formation and dissolution, and due diligence for sales and acquisitions.
While attending law school, Taleen served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Barry Russell, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. Taleen regularly volunteers for the local chapters of several nationally and locally recognized nonprofit organizations, including Girl Scouts of America and the Armenian General Benevolent Union.
Not only do I endeavor to always act in my clients’ best interests, but I strive to always provide timely and cost-effective legal solutions.
I believe the first step in providing effective legal counsel is to devote time to listen to clients to thoroughly understand their objectives and concerns. Through this initial step, I can be equipped to provide clients with guidance to protect their interests, based on sound judgment and reasoning that is personalized to their needs.
My goal is to build life-long relationships with each of my clients based on communication and an understanding of my client’s short and long term goals and priorities. I practice with one simple motto in mind: My clients’ successes become mine.
I enjoy working with clients to solve complex legal issues through the use of innovative approaches, because each transaction is unique. Helping clients achieve results that contribute to their growth and success is the most rewarding aspect of my work.
